UN Plus POSITIVE Calendar |

The 2006 UNAIDS calendar titled Working Positively with the UN featured pictured of UN+ and UNAIDS Board members living with HIV. It was a resounding success, for the first time giving a face to those living with HIV within the UN system, raising awareness and provoking extensive discussion.
Following on that success, UN+ in collaboration with positive networks from around the world produced a calendar for the coming year titled POSITIVE 2007. The calendar showcased a diverse range of people from 25 countries living with HIV, including members of UN+. The calendar which was placed prominently in many workplaces in UN agencies and many civil society organizations around the world brings a personal face to HIV and was designed to a raise the profile of UN+ and help combat stigma. The calendar was widely hailed as a success and within only one month the 40,000 copies of the calendar that were produced had been disseminated globally.
Continuing on the success of last years calendar, UN+ in collaboration with positive networks around the world will be producing a calendar for 2008 focusing on Positive Leadership in the Workplace.
